Welcome to the Poitou-Charentes, considered as the second sunniest region in France. Situated between Poitiers and Niort, not far from the atlantic coast and its beautiful town of La-Rochelle (110 km), our spacious renovated stone barn offers you a warm welcome and comfortable stay in a peaceful and quiet farming hamlet with all facilities within 6 km. The house can sleep up to 9 people in a surface area of about 155 sqm.
The house is surrounded by a huge garden of 3000 sqm, which contains two very old oak trees, palm trees and a heated and secured swimming pool (11 x 4,20 m) with spa. Next to the poolhouse, there is an area to play boules, a ping-pong table and a trampoline for your outdoor pleasures.
A separate barbecue area and garden furniture for your disposal.
Please note that the maintenance of the pool and of the garden is assured and included in the price of the location.
Restored to a high standard with exposed stones and beams, our house offers a large and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite-TV and a separate room for home-cinema with projection and a large choice of DVDs.
The linen and towels are provided and changed once a week by the responsable caretaker of the house.
At 6 km from the house, LEZAY with its beautiful park and lake, offers you a wide choice of shops as a supermarket, restaurants, hairdressers, bakery ....
